I’m Kate, a mainly self-taught, plant-loving, waste-avoiding, beauty-seeking intuitive chef.
When I say ‘intuitive chef’ I mean that I understand the power of food to affect the mood and shape the vibe of a gathering. It’s my mission to create thoughtful food that’s delicious and perfect for the occasion - whatever it may be, whoever may be eating it. For example:

I cook with the seasons and usually without recipes (unless it’s super-technical!) and try where possible to source seasonal, local produce where the quality shines through. I’m inspired by places, traditions, colours, textures, ideas and more… what can I cook for you?
